Hello chickies,

This week our wonderful CATU collaboration wrapped up – huge huge thank to the CATU gang who we worked on with this and also to all of those who came along over the four weeks!

Next week Militarism & Neutrality will be looking at Education & Militarisation, reading below!

And very very very excitingly (!!) we are going to be teaming up with Patrick Bresnihan and Rory Rowan and Bohs Climate Coop for a one-off seminar on imperialism. It’ll be taking place in The Spark in Baile Phib next month, and more information, including the link to book, are included below. The line-up is an absolute banger and we’re so delighted to be a part of it xx

You hate imperialism? Us too! And guess what? We think you’re going to love our seminar on “Introducing Imperialism”!

Over two hours, we will be looking at imperialism through a Marxist lens, touching on topics like [insert themes for standalone seminar] (Yes, you’ll be reading a little bit of Lenin! 😎)

The reading will have an international focus and we think it will serve as a great foundation for people who have been wanting to learn that bit more about imperialism but haven’t quite known where to start.

You’ll be saying things like ‘super exploitation’ and ‘core-periphery’ in smoking areas before you know it! It’s! Gonna! Be! Good!
